How I help

real support, no lectures

Four ways to work together — all built on the same idea: people do better when someone consistent is in their corner.

teen counseling

Being a teenager right now is genuinely hard — the academic pressure is real, the social landscape never logs off, and everyone keeps asking what you’re going to do with your life.

In counseling, teens get a space that’s theirs. We work on anxiety, low moods, school stress, friendship fallout, and the stuff that’s hard to say out loud at home. Parents stay informed about direction and safety; the details stay in the room.

young adult counseling

Nobody warns you that your twenties can feel like being handed the controls mid-flight. New city, new job (or the hunt for one), friendships reshuffling, and a quiet voice asking whether everyone else got a manual you didn’t.

We work on the things that make this decade heavy: anxiety, decision paralysis, burnout, loneliness, and figuring out what you actually want — not what you’re supposed to want.

Coaching & consultation

parent support

When your kid is struggling, the advice pours in from everywhere — and most of it contradicts itself. Parent support sessions give you a clear-eyed partner instead.

We’ll look at what’s driving the conflict at home, build communication strategies that don’t end in slammed doors, and make a plan you can actually follow on a Tuesday night when everyone’s tired.

On-site & training

school partnerships

Some students will never make it to an office across town — so the support goes to them. I partner with middle and high schools to provide on-site counseling, small-group work, and staff training.

Programs are built with your counseling team, not around them, and are designed to catch the students who fly under the radar. Reach out to talk through what your building needs.
